• Once calibration completed, you can release the grade to your team member.
  • Click on Not Released   to release the rank for the team member. 


       


  • Bulk release is also available. 
  • Select the team member you wish to release the grade for them. 
  • Use Release Final Grade button as shown below screen on top to release at once. 
  • Selection is disabled if you have not completed  manager appraisal process.   

       

  • Once released, you will see the status as Released.
